Boss Motorsport was formed in 2013 by Steve Moore with the sole aim to develop a drift team to compete in the British Drift Championship, whilst aspiring to grow the team to compete in European events in the future.
Steve was already competing in the Super Pro Class of the BDC, and throughout the year scouted around for talented drivers from grassroots series in the U.K. to join the team for the 2014 season.
The team now consists of Ollie Elmore multi podium finisher from the U.K. Open Drift Championship, and Martin Wonnacott a returning BDC driver and Drift Allstars competitor. Throughout the winter the team took the mammoth task of rebuilding two of cars, with Martin’s 1JZ powered JZX90 Chaser and Ollie’s RB powered Skyline, whilst Steve’s SR20 S14a Silvia had a full refresh.
All three cars and drivers are ready for the first round of this year’s championship, with the team’s new look for not only the cars but the paddock getting its first viewing at Lydden Hill this weekend.
We would like to thank all our sponsor’s for helping us reach this point and looking forward to working with them throughout the year, as well as the support from our media partners.
