I’ve never been to an actual Formula D event. I’m hoping to change that this year! Just the experience is going to be intense! I’ve helped out with Fabricated Motorsports in the past and only being at this FDTX track a couple times with some of the Texas locals is fun enough. I can only imagine what it would be like with FD pro cars out there on possibly the fastest track on the circuit. This is one experience I do not want to miss!
I’ve been to one Formula D event. It was 2013’s FDTX event. It was amazing!! What really stood out to me was the fact that all the drivers were so cool with all the fans. And we’re just walking around the event like it was nothing. I loved meeting every driver. My favorite driver won the event last year. Michael Essa and his badass, fire spitting e46. I can not wait to attend again this year. It was and still is the best car related event I’ve ever attended. I can’t ever miss it as long as it’s in Texas!
I would have to say it would be one of the most bad ass race ‘s me and my family ever been to….ive been to boat races, dirt track outlaws, quarter mile track s…monster truck s…..love anything loud, and love the smell of burning rubber….and so do my boys….I work for Tmt.research development…we specialize in clutch s, flywheels pressure plates….live all the way up north by the oregon boarder…would be an amazing time and to experience formula drifting race s!!!!!??!!!!!!..
Been to the Hot Import Nights, Hawaii and Guam. Never been to the formula drift series..although we have drifting competitions on Guam none are as extreme as the states with tandems…
To whom it may concern,
My name is Jared, I’m 22, and I’ve been into drifting for about ten years now. It’s inspired me enough seeing a professional event in person, to lead me to buy my own 240sx, and start drifting myself. I haven’t had the opportunity to go to a Formula D event, until you guys came down to Texas last year. Living in Louisiana, it’s not always easy to drive to an event. Me, my now wife, and out best friends went last. It was everything I thought it would be, and more. The atmosphere, the people, the smell of tires, EVERYTHING was perfect. My wife had never even really heard of it until we went. She was hooked from seeing that first entry. We just had our baby on the 25th of August this year, and she is determined to go no matter what. She’s already got my parents to watch the baby. Formula D was our first trip together, and our first real anything to do together. It always holds a place in our hearts. We will always go to any event we can. And in a couple of years, our Daughter will join us!
Thank you for your consideration!
Have a blessed day,
Jared M.
