2014 would see Jack compete in several championships within Europe. Drift Allstars was the priority but there was enough time to fit in 3 rounds of the British Drift Championship and a couple in the Irish Drift Championship.
Jack took his first professional podium and win at Round 1 of the British Drift Championship, beating Shane O’Sullivan, the eventual 2014 champion.
At Knockhill, for the second round, he was knocked out in the Top-16 although his runs looked smooth and fast.
The third time that Jack competed in the British Drift Championship last year was the final round at Anglesey.
He finished in second place after beating Wayne Keeber, Richard Grindrod and narrowly missing out to Matt Carter in the final.
Jack managed to finish in 8th place overall in the Drift Allstars Championship, a 3rd place podium in Sweden was the highlight of the season.
Jack entered the final round of the Irish Drift Championship, this wouldn’t be any normal event as drivers had come from other series to take on the Irish. Unfortunately problems with the turbo gave them plenty of work to do on Saturday evening and it resulted in running less power for the battles on Sunday.
Jack still qualified well but lost during the Top-32 battles, it didnt matter as he was happy to compete on home soil after a long season accross Europe.
Jack managed win 3 times over the 2014 season, once in BDC, once in NI Drift Series and agin in Superdrift Ireland. He also managed second places the NI Drift Series and the BDC. He final time on the podium was his 3rd place podium in Sweden in the Drift All Stars Series, against Europes best drifters.
