Aasbo is taking the championship if his engine doesn’t blow! But as for the round, it could be gushi or aasbo. It feels like daigo still needs to get used to his r35. If he had his lexus, it would’ve been him again because that’s his track!

Daigo will win in Irwindale…he is due…maybe a bit short changed from TX. The Ninja didn’t even practice on Thursday and still nailed the new track…the big wheels are now rollin!

Aasbo has the cup in the bag….done deal.

Daigo will get his car dialed in enough to continue his Irwindale streak and Aasbo’s hunger will pay off with a championship win

It seems like the battles keep getting tuffer and tuffer every year. All the veterans are hungry for that first place on the podium. Theres no telling who’s going to win. Formula Drift 2015 has had some of the best battles by far. FD drivers keep uprgrading and modifying their car each year too push the limits, which they do. If its not them cracking under pressure it will be their car. Experience is going to be a big factor at Irwindale. Assbo, Ryan, Gushi, Daigo, Forsberg and vaughn. Its anyones take. Im a big fan of all these drivers but i think the final battle will be between Gushi Nd Assbo. Gushi has been coming in strong this year nd showing alot of will.
One thing i would like too see in the near future for FD would be some kind of collaboration between FD Drivers nd the Australian Drift All stars battling. That would be EPIC !

I introduced my kids to drifting at the House of Drift, and they have been hooked ever since. So it’s going to be fun to closeout the House of Drift for one last time with the family. We watch the driftstreams and we DVR every round on TV. I think the Gush and Aasbo will fight it out with Aasbo finishing on top. It is going to be a great final event in Irwindale.

I think aasbo is gonna take the championship, Forrest is going to win the event. And diago is going to make the upset once again. BUT he is in a new car. Idk if he has tested at irwindale with it yet. But we will see.

Vaughn is definitely going to make an epic come back in irwindale after that narley crash at formula drift texas aasbo I think is definitely going to take the championship, it’s all so exciting I can hardly contain myself hope I get to go but this will the only way it happens good luck to all the drivers

I say daigo’s gonna take it. 1. He’s an OG and that’s his track. 2. His new car is nuts and he definitely has the skill to take everyone out and claim his champ title!

I would love to see Ryan Tuerck win the Final Flight after the heart he put in last minute at Long Beach, it would make the return to SoCal impactful and twice as fun. I will be cheering for Tuerck I hope he can rise above Aasbo and Gushi.

One of them will win and that is because they will have less mistakes than the other ones.

They should rename Irwindale Speedway the House of Daigo. He’s the sure bet to win it. Too bad he’s not in title contention. Aasbo will lock up the title. He’s good for a final 4 appearance barring some unforeseen car issue. It was good to see smaller cars dominate the small, technical courses but Irwindale is built for the big HP monsters.

It was fun watching Aasbo kill it at Final Flight last year and I don’t believe he’ll hold anything back this year so his shot of hitting it twice in a row is pretty legit. I personally will be cheering on Forsberg to take the 1st place at Irwindale 2016☆
