I feel like Odi Bakchis will take the championship this year, I feel either Ryan Tureck or Odi Bakchis will take the 1st round.

Matt Field will take round one and kill it this season. He might even win the championship if Gittin or Forseberg doesn’t come up from behind and knock him out. I think Denofa is still a strong factor too.

Daigo coming back will set up a good first round competition. I think Aasbo in his new car will get the win, and Vaughn is set to win the championship.

I believe Chris Forsberg will take the win at Long Beach. Aasbo will get the bugs out of the new car each round and take the Championship.

With the pairing of Vaughn Gittin Jr. and Chelsea Denofa this year, the data acquisition of two Ford Battlewagons will benefit Vaughn at more tracks which should deliver him another championship. As for Round 1 on the Streets Of LB, with the ongoing development of the FRS/BRZ/86, the win goes to Ryan Tuerck as he will be able to negotiate the concrete canyons.

Well now Formula D Long Beach or as it’s become Formula Drift boat lol. I’m giving the win at LB to Denofa. The new RTF video shows that car is dialed in 3 wheels all day. The championship is anti as game. I’m rooting for Forrest Wang. Best style and cleanest car.

I think that Denofa will have a good chance of winning the championship. As long as the motor doesn’t blow up, he will probably win, and by looking at Vaughn’s car’s lifespan, Chelsea will win.

It seems like every year the battles keep getting more and more competitive. All we could do is predict a winner but there is no telling who will take the championship. Every year the cars keep getting more better looking ,more louder and more faster. It could be anyone’s take. From the former champions too the underdogs with no podium wins. Chelsea Denofa won his first podium last year at long beach. Surprised EVERYONE with his win against Aasbo. The previous 2015 champion. My prediction overall for Long Beach will probably be Fredric Aasbo. And the 2017 champion will probably be Chris Forsberg the 3x champ. But this year could be a whole lot different. I’m personally excited about the return of the European superstar James Deane. The Drift All-Stars champ. New season, New battles, New winners. Can’t wait !!!
