NOTES
- It’s been 897 days since the Formula DRIFT PRO Championship last ran on the Streets of Long Beach, but you’d never know after the action the fans witnessed this weekend
- Bakchis claimed his first win since the opening round at Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta and pulled himself to within 43 points of the Championship leader
- Aasbo claimed his third second-place finish of the year, and together with his win at the previous round in St Louis, he climbed to the top of the FD PRO Championship from third
- Matt Field (USA) in the Falken Tire / Drift Cave Chevrolet Corvette, who was leading the points chase coming into Long Beach, was knocked out of the Top 16 by a suspension failure during his One More Time battle against Vaughn Gittin Jr (USA) in the Monster Energy Ford Mustang RTR Spec 5-D. Gittin went on to finish third. Field dropped to third in the Championship chase, 20 points behind Aasbo
- Championship contender, Chelsea DeNofa (USA) in the BC Racing / Nitto Tire Ford Mustang RTR Spec 5-D, was eliminated from the Top 8 by team leader, Gittin. DeNofa remains second in the points table, but is now 19 points behind Aasbo
- Top qualifier Justin Pawlak (USA) driving the Falken Tire Ford Mustang was eliminated from the Top 16 by Chris Forsberg (USA) driving the NOS Energy / GT Radial Nissan 370Z
- Top FD PRO Rookie finisher was Jonathan Hurst (USA) who placed 14th in the Cash Racing Infiniti G37
