Let me just start off by saying, very cool what you are doing for the fans like us!! Not everyone gets this kind of an opportunity to experience an event such as this. My name is Christopher Gonzalez (25) and I am a drift enthusiast, no different than any of your entries. I am a recent graduate of Universal Technical Institute and got my degree in Automotive Engineering. I finished top 10 percent and im extremely interested in everything automotive. I fully understand the cocepts and techniques when it comes to the physics, and dynamics of speed and traction control, or lack there of. This years SEMA show was a hit and i was fortunate enough to meet Tanner who’s advice led me to pursue D1 Grand Prix. I have over 1400 hours in advanced technical training and just got my bachleors in Finance/Marketing from Texas A & M International. I understand how important it is to have a financial backing when it comes to Team Motorsports, Sponsors, etc. I myself have worked on a few projects and have great ideas when it comes to the engineering aspects, yet still understand from the business point of view that you must have some sort of financial leverage. I have recieved a great education and am now looking to see where i can combine my skills and talents along with other great minds to push the envelope when it comes to Drifting into the future. I have been working exetremely hard these past few years and would really appreciate the opportunity to be involved with D1 Grand Prix. Im not looking to getting lucky or catch a big break. Im interested in meeting the right people and aiming my hard work, determination, and dedication in the right direction. Once again Thank You for your consideration. Keep in Touch !!! CHRIS
Y not?
I think i should win the tickets because i really go old in drifting by driving a 1986 Mazda RX7 Street Port Rotary Engine. i have been a long time fanatic of driftin. in fact the car i drive now was my dads first car he got and now its mine. another thing about why i want the tickets is because this will be my first time going and will like to go with my best friend who also own an RX7. give this young boy a chance to experiance what really drifting is and not on the hills of tustin.
Whats up , I’d like to say drifting has become one of my favorite sports and this year since my little 4yr. old daughter has been getting in interest in cars when she sees me working on my Z31 of P11 I thought I could take her and show her something different other than Sponge bob . Anyways pick me , lol
