This past Memorial Day weekend the Just Drift crew were out at Willow Springs International Raceway‘s Horse Thief Mile Track to hold Round 2 of their TopDrift ProAm Championship Series Presented by ACT Clutch & Megan Racing. The event was yet again a sell out with drivers trying to redeem them self from the rain soaked Rd.1 and the return of a past series champion.
Saturday was a drifting filled day with Just drift holding a Drift Clinic at the Balcony Track and TopDrift Driver shaking down and fine tuning their cars on HTM for the next days comp. For picture album from Saturday follow Link HERE.
The Driver’s made sure to keep the staff busy pushing their cars to the edge hitting all the clipping cones. And ripping off a bumper or two.
Sunday was a very warm day and was sure to produce a awesome event. Tyler Wolfson was sure smoking up the tires with his red rotary beast.
Mr. Dan Brockett was sure a fave to fight for the win and would be paired up against 08 Top Drift Champion Forrest Wang in the finals.
In the end Forrest took the win with Dan in second and Tyler bringing home third.

Congratulations to all the drivers who competed in the event. With a crazy Rd.1 and exciting rd.2 the championship race is now in full swing . Points leader Dan Brockett has a 21pt lead over second place Karl Osaki. Rd.3 will be July 27-28 at Willows Walt James Speedway.
