Taka Aono takes the high line on the bank, getting low 90 scores!! Great run!
Blake Fuller has a smooth run, gets too close to the last clipping point and pushing it in.
Calvin wan’s FD finally has a new engine in it, he looked great in vegas, and is looking strong here. He got a little too close to the clipping zone and tapped the barriers.
Ross Petty has a good smooth run, very close to the clips, low 90’s from the judges, that will get him into tomorrow’s event!
Pat Mordaunt comes out blazing in the Braille Auto 350Z Roadster, puts down a great run, 75mph exiting the bank, scores in the low 90’s.
Tony Angelo has a good run, he’ll be in tomorrow.
Hiro Sumida crashes into the bank! Poor IS250. Hiro won’t be around for saturday, but he’s out of the car and walkin around.
Justin Pawlak – National Wave Maxxis RX7 takes it easy on the bank, saving his car, but runs the second half of the course hard. He taps the final clipping point. The run is a 0, but he’s in for tomorrow.
Kazu Hayashida – Signal Auto R34 – loses drift and comes to a stop in the clipping zone, that’s a zero but he’s in for tomorrow.
Tony Brakohiapa – has a good run, high line on the angle but scrubbed a lot of speed thru the “power alley”. Should be good enough for tomorrow.
Kyle Mohan cruises through the first part of the course, but runs a good 2nd half of the track. He’s also guaranteed to be in tomorrow.
