As 2009 is now in full swing and more info gets put out there for series’. We just got our hands on a good friend of ours. Drift Indy’s competition series info is now available direct to you through us.
DRIFT INDY 2009 INDIANA COMPETITION SERIES
Points Awarded Per Event:
First Place = 100
Second Place = 80
Third Place = 60
Fourth Place = 50
Best 8 (4) = 40
Best 16 (8) = 20

Single Run Eliminations
You will be judged on Line, Speed, Angle. (more information at drivers meeting before comp runs.)
Top 16 Tandem Comp (Please follow tech sheet for tandem comp.)
– If a driver that made top 16 during single round eliminations cannot make tandem due to technical issues… the win will automatically go to corresponding driver matched in that particular bracket.
– Top 4 Drivers of each event will be recorded and reported D1 Underground. (Please view D1UG Website for more information.) http://www.d1underground.com/
– Series points will be updated on Drift Indy website after each event.
– This year the top drivers of the Drift Indy Series will be invited to a final event (location TBD) at which they will compete with various other top drivers in the US (more info coming soon).
