Skyline Raffle – Terms & Conditions

1. You must be over the age of 18 to participate in the raffle. You may be asked, at any stage, to provide proof of age.
2. There are no restrictions to how many times you can enter.
3. The raffle drawing shall take place on February 15th, 2012.
4. Entry into the raffle is $2.50 per ticket
5. In order to enter the raffle each entrant shall submit their first name, last name, email address, and zip code.
6. The sponsor shall execute one random (1) prize drawing.
7. The winner shall be notified via email within five (5) days of the raffle.
8. Winner specifically acknowledges that winner shall be responsible for the payment of all tax, title fees, license fees, insurance requirements and other charges as may be required under any law, ordinance, statute, regulation or otherwise.
9. The winner has thirty (30) days to respond or they shall forfeited his/ her claim to such prize.
10. The prize is neither transferable nor exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for money or money’s worth.
11. By entering the raffle, each entrant unreservedly agrees to these terms and conditions which govern the raffle and the awarding of the prize.
12. By entering the raffle each entrant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless the sponsor, its legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any damages whatsoever suffered, sustained or allegedly sustained in connection to the raffle or the acceptance of the raffle.
13. The sponsor reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time and in its sole discretion.
14. The sponsor reserves the right, at any time, to cancel, modify or suspend the raffle if, in its sole judgement, the raffle is not capable of being conducted as specified.
15. The winner’s name will be disclosed to anyone who writes to the sponsor at its physical address.
16. These terms and conditions and any matters relating hereto shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California and jurisdiction over any and all disputes shall be exclusive to the state and federal courts in Los Angeles, California.
17. All sales of tickets to this raffle are final and refunds will not be given, even in the event that refund is requested prior to the raffle date.
18. If winner needs prizes shipped, he/she is responsible for all shipping/ frieght charges.
19. Rims pictured will not be included. Car will come with P45R’s 18×10.
