Update: Eric O’Sullivan & Gruppe-S Subaru

Posted on April 5, 2009 by George

Eric is on his way over and the car will be completed and ready for him to drive for Formula Drift: Round 1 on the streets of Long Beach this week.  As the car is now in its final stages of prep.  Should be done by Tuesday and we look forward to seeing it and Eric out there.  Take the jump for some more snaps.

No testing prior to LB is a No No.

It looks like he’ll be running Falken Tires!!

At least they got that part right. Should be interesting.

NO, the tires are temporary as he’s running on Hankook Tires. That’s a pretty firm confirmation.

Yukio! Long time no see man. Hope all is well with you.

As in the tires, he is on Hankook. Confirmed and here’s a mock up as well.

He’s been driving a left hand drive over at home for a while. I shouldn’t imagine it will take him too long to get up to speed.

The wheels are just to get the car rolling. The vehicle is sponsored by Hankook and will be running the new RS-3

Eric has been practicing LHD at home for some time sharpening his skills. We expect a great performance from both our teams
See you guys in Long Beach!
