This past weekend Bridges Racing’s Robbie Nishida was out at Willow Springs International Raceway for a shakedown test of his new SC300 for Formula D . The car was suppose to make it’d first appearance at Rd.1 Streets of Long Beach but was absent due to some mechanical problems.
The crew was able to figure out all the gremlins and get the car up and running and ready for its first FD appearance This Test day was to make sure that all part and pieces stayed in their place and to get first real feel of what the motor puts out.
Say hello to Mr. Giant Turbo…
Robbie loving the right hand conversion cause he can get a true filling of the placement of the car on the track.
Robbie was throwing up a fair amount of angle and tire smoke
Robbie and the team were very satisfied with the shake down run and were able to get a lot of information on what little tweaks need to be done to make the car 100% ready for Rd. 2 in Atlanta. We wish Robbie and the entire Bridges Racing the best of luck at Rd.2
