Formula D moves into it second to last round of the 2013 season for the inaugural event at the Texas motors speedway. Last round at Evergreen Speedway was sure an exciting one and a real big mix up in the looks of the championship battle. Daigo Saito Had problems and knocked himself out early in the Top 32 competition and moving down to 3rd in the championship hunt. Chris Forsberg would be the man who was on point all day and would take face Michael Essa in the finals. Forsberg would go on to win and was able to take the #1 position in the point and get some momentum on going for his second Championship. Texas will be a very exciting round and can be another game changer in the point’s race. We are letting you try your luck, as we are giving away 4 pairs of tickets. Tickets will be good for both days of the event. Now how can you get in on this… Well the contest details are below! Good Luck on this contest and giveaway!!

Hey I’m a super fan of FD I follow y’all on Facebook and YouTube but I work a lot and never hav me time I’m really broke lol but my birth day is sept 8 and I’ll be 25 and I would love to come see these amazing browskies in real person instead of my iPad but thank y’all for the chance. Joshua hopkins
I want to see drivers show what theyre made of with backwards entries downhill into the corkscrew at Laguna Seca.
i love fd never miss it i wold love to see u guys her in san jose cali but we dont have a track out her sucks i never been to a live drift comp and i relly wont to go to one thanks.
The infield of Indianapolis speed way.
Dudes, anywhere I can even afford to see you guys shred some tires and hear some engines roaring! I’ve always been into cars but just recently starting watching FD, after a Scion dealership dent me a package my last deployment and inside was a sample cd with some drifting on it. I’m hooked now!
Drive it sideways and fast,
a bit of e-brake, mash the gas.
Hit that clipping point at full lock,
brush the wall, break that shock.
So dont be late…give me a ticket,
for drifting in the Lone Star State!
Mid-Ohio would be great! lots of turns and close to home.
I think if you Formula D ventured up north to Brainerd International Speedway all of us Northern Drift fans would rejoice or you could shut down Flying Cloud Airport and just turn the runways into drift city! Either way I’d be there in a heartbeat!
Id really like to see it back under the light in Las Vegas where some of the fastest entries are thrown down. Not to mention us fans like a little party 😉 put us in lasvegas motorspeedway. Thanks for your time and keep it sideways.
Currently a local promoter for Round 6 – I’d have to say shoot for the Vegas Motor Speedway. Insane crowds, plenty of people driving from California, and you know it’ll be a solid excuse for everyone to fly over there. See you guy soon
I would love to see Formula D compete in Colorado some year soon. It’s a perfect middle ground spot to or from Washington in the point series. We have a good circle track, an awesome kart track we drift on, and the Pikes Peak road course to choose from! There’s also the Coors Field parking lot in Denver that Nopi drifted at as well.
I would also like to see Vegas put back on, but as the second event or second to last event of the year (so long as it’s not August…who ever decided that…?)
I would love to see them at Texas Motor Speedway!! The saying is we do it BIGGER & BETTER in Texas!! Bigger crowds, better partying!! Hope to see ya’ll soon!!
Hey FD,
So was track should FormulaD go to next? Well that’s simple they should return to the Bay Area and come revisited our lovely track Sonoma raceway (Sears point) . I speak for the great half of our community and will say that this showdown would be packed and have great impact for our community of spectators and drivers. Drifting in the last 2 year in this community has really stepped it up and it’s time for a revisit.
Thanks,
Joe F
I know that I won’t win.
I would love to see FormulaD at my home track Sonoma Raceway, Sonoma CA. Which is already the home of many FormulaD drivers. I know that is probably every drifting fans wish for FD to visit their local area, so they can afford to be part of such an exciting event.
The fan base for drifting has grown tremendously here in the San Francisco Bay in the past several years. Would be awesome to show our love for drifting & have a sold out event here. I believe just having it here at Sonoma will attract more than just the drifting crowd. Since there are so many different types of Motorsports Fans nearby. It opens the opportunity for other style racing fans to be introduced/exposed to drifting.
Because FormulaD has that “keep me on the edge of my seat excitement” goin on.
I bet it will turn many MotorSport Fans into FormulaD fans!!
As Jarod DeAnda would say… #sendit
