Vegas Pro-Am Round 3 Results

We got to be on site and check out the point series change up as these drivers head into Round 4 of the Vegas Pro-Am series.  These drivers are competing for a license as well we some geat prizes from the events sponsors.  Here is the results of yesterday’s event. Vegas Pro-Am Winners are as follows.  Taking top spot was Mauricio Ornelas, taking 2nd after a good Final round was George Marstonvic and with a bye run to take 3rd was Cory Hosford who was slated to take on Josh Guild. But Guild’s car met the wall on his final run.  Congrats to all 3 drivers.

This event will be hosted at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway on July 30th 2011. VegasProAm follows a Formula Drift style event format to help drivers get the feel of what will be expected from them at the next level of competition.

VegasDrift Pro-Am Round 2 Results are in and taking top spot is Mike Burns. Congratulations on his 1st place victory at round 2 and also winning the “Insane Entry” award by Retaks. Pictured above is your Top3 and sponsors banner.  We hopefully get to make it out to Round 3 and bring you some live coverage.

This Weekend – Vegas Pro-Am: Round 2 at LVMS

2011 Vegas ProAm Round 1 Gallery

So I finally was able to sit down and go through the pictures. Andy Hateley, Josh Guild and Tony Cisneros are pictured above taking podium finishes and starting off round 1 right. Lots of sideways action and a couple One More Times and even some wall scrapage ended round 1 with the above 3 winners.  Check out the shots from the 1st Top 16 runs through the finish where Andy pulled out all the stops and took home the prize.
