While this weekend was an off weekend for much of the drifting world, a few of Formula D’s top guns took on the Redline Time Attack at Fontana Autoclub Speedway. Tanner Foust, pictured above, ran 1:42.327 in the Crawford Subaru STI, placing 2nd in the unlimited AWD class.

Tyler McQuarrie one-upped him in the Cwest Brian Crower S2000, running a 1:41.621 and winning the Unlimited RWD category.
Former Formula D driver Verena Mei won the drift class in her Star Girl Racing Nissan 350Z with a 1:58.775. Although not exactly a drifter, Stina Hubinette (wife of Sam) turned in an impressive 1:56.517 in her Dodge Neon SRT4, which was good enough for 2nd place in the Street FWD category. All 4 drivers took home hardware from the event. Congrats to all!
