COLIN FROST AND CREW TO BUILD NEW CAR IN THREE WEEKS
ORANGE, CALIF. – Because of financial issues, driver Colin Frost started a new chapter of his career last weekend when his crew chief became his team owner and started the three-week build of Frost’s new car for the 2009 Formula D season, said Nicole Lerma, director of public relations for CFrost Racing.
We were invited out to Formula Drift’s Ditch Day at Mountain High for some fun in the sun. It was a nice pause to take a break before the upcoming season of Formula Drift as they enter their 6th season.
Come take a look at the staff and some of Formula Drift’s drivers like Ken Gushi, Pat Mordaunt, Joon Maeng Coline Frost and some of our favorite local grassroots guys who came to play. Colin Frost is leaving the White Team Modiride S13 and stepping into a Lexus. Known for the words slapped on the windshield “I’m Killing It”. Colin has signed on to drift a Lexus-IS for the 2009 Formula Drift series. Backed by Lexus and of course Team Modiride, we hope to see great things ahead for the Formula Drift Rookie.
