Luke Fink may not be a household name here in the states when it comes to professional drifting, but in Austalia, it’s a bit of a different story mate, he has been on fire almost as if he has something to prove. Word on the streets is that he’s been shopping around for a US Ride, and by the looks of it in this video he may prove to be a perfect candidate for a team that may be accepting resumes. This video is a great demonstration of what he is capable of doing. Here he is in the Holfords S14 tearing it up and scoring 1st place at Calderpark Melbourne for Round one of the Australian Drift Grand Prix 2011!

Transforming an Audi into a Racer: What to Know
Transforming an Audi into a Racer: What to Know
There are plenty of reasons to just stick with the stock components of an Audi, as these types of vehicles are already quite high-performing and well-designed. But there are more reasons than not to choose to upgrade your Audi, and that’s because there is a diverse array of options available that can help you turn your Audi into a true on-road racer. Below, we’ll go over several of the major options available that can make an impact on the speed, power, and efficiency of your Audi, so you can decide for yourself on what to upgrade and what to leave as is.
Performance Chips
Performance computer chips have become all the rage in vehicle modifications recently, and that’s because they’re both inexpensive and quite easy to use. Even a novice with little automotive tech knowledge can likely manage to get an Audi performance chip installed, and for a pro the job should take well under an hour to complete. There are downsides, such as the fact that a chip has serious limits to what effects it can achieve (it maxes out at around a 60 horsepower gain and 4-7mpg in fuel savings), though this is enough to give your Audi an edge over other vehicles on the highway.
Performance Add-ons
If you’re looking for a physical add-on that’s significantly more powerful than a performance chip, an Audi performance part like a turbocharger or supercharger will certainly make an impression. You can add several hundred horsepower to your Audi with a turbocharger, but you’re also going to spend thousands, compared to under a hundred bucks for a standard performance chip. If money isn’t an object and you have advanced automotive know-how, physical performance add-ons are the way to go.
Hood Upgrades
You don’t necessarily need to add something to an Audi to make it perform better and go faster. Sometimes, a simple body part replacement can do the trick, and then some. Hoods can be heavy and burdensome to engine output, but lightweight hood replacements counteract that effect. From ultra lightweight Audi fiberglass hoods to durable and light carbon fiber hoods, you have plenty of available options when it comes to designing a sleeker, more race-ready vehicular front end.
Vaughn Gittin Jr. Finishes 5th At Formula Drift Round Four
BALTIMORE, Md. (June 21, 2011) – Vaughn Gittin Jr. came out to Round Four of Formula Drift at Wall Speedway this past weekend ready to rock and looking to gain some crucial Championship points. After the tire smoke had settled on this exciting East Coast track, Vaughn would finish the event in 5th place, accomplishing his goal of moving up in points overall.
Vaughn put down a near-perfect second run in the Monster Energy Falken Tire Ford Mustang during the qualifying rounds, landing him in the 2nd place spot in the top thirty-two. Watch the VIDEO of his run. Vaughn went on to defeat Jim Guthrie in the top 32, and was excited to move into the top 16 main competition after a quick half-time break.
Vaughn spent half-time hanging out in the pits signing autographs, chatting with fans, throwing out Exedy Clutch swag, and posing for pictures next to the Monster Energy Falken Tire Ford Mustang. A Mustang RTR convertible was showcased at the Falken Tire booth and Vaughn’s Team Need for Speed Mustang RTR-X was quite the jaw-dropper over at the Need for Speed Electro Lounge.
