The tagline,“All In” for this Las Vegas hosted event. Couldn’t be truer for the determined PM Racing team. After spinning out, in a fearsome one more time battle with veteran Taka Aono in Rd. 3 at New Jersey. Mordaunt and his team were optimistic about their return to “Sin City” Optimism would later turn to frustration, as the team ran into a major technical issue. March 2, 2009 (Playa del Rey, Calif.) – Already a rising star in the Formula Drift Pro Championship, eighteen-year-old Patrick Mordaunt is about to become a drifting star in the country that gave birth to the sport.
Mordaunt will compete in the 2009 D1GP championship with Team NOVUM as part of a two car effort and will team with D1 veteran Masasahi Yokoi. Continue reading

Dromo 1 had a great turn out with many fans coming out to take on the drifters. Amongst the Formula Drift drivers on hand was Joon Maeng, Kyle Mohan, Patrick Mordaunt, Sam Hubinette, Gary Lang and Michihiro Takatori. The winner of the event getting some respect from the drifters and winning a Ride-Along from Kyle Mohan after Friday’s practice session.
